Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) 

Dispatch costs

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

Standard goods by Deutsche Post or by parcel service, some filled punching bag models up to 100 cm (see notes in the shop)

per order EUR 6,95 for standard parking

Standard delivery fee does not apply from 300, - Euro net order value for deliveries within Germany

If the dispatch involves bulk goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:

Stuffed punching bags 100 cm, bulky packages

per piece EUR 19,50

Stuffed punching bags 130, 160 and 190 cm, Ringer dolls

per piece EUR 59,00

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

If the dispatch to foreign countries involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.

Terms of payment

For domestic deliveries (Germany) the following payment options are available:

-  Payment in cash at the time of collection
-  Prepayment via transfer
-  Cash on delivery (plus COD charges 4 €)
-  Payment via SEPA direct debit
-  Payment via SEPA corporate direct debit
-  Payment via PayPal
-  Payment by invoice

In case of deliveries to a foreign country, you have the following payment options:

-  Prepayment via transfer
-  Payment via SEPA direct debit
-  Payment via SEPA corporate direct debit
-  Payment via PayPal

Further details on payment

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 10 days.

If payment is to be made via an SEPA base debit note or an SEPA corporate debit note, you authorise us to collect the billing amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You are under obligation to send us the mandate in writing with your signature within 5 days after signing the contract. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit collection. Please ensure that the account in question possesses sufficient covering funds on the due date.
