The weightfoot is very low, only 22 cm, and this is why even the smallest children can do kicks and punches on the foam cylinder. The weightfoot only stands out ca. 3 cm over the foam cylinder and this is why the punchbag has maximum usefulness for the kids.
The foam cylinder has a spring inside, i.e. it moves when hit, so that the weightfoot stands stable and the punchbag stands well on the floor.
This is the ideal training device for small kids, that should not be missing in any sports school with kids training. And.....it's fun!
