Perfect for training of both high and low kicks. Especially as a replacement if you can not fix sandbags in your premises.
The base can be filled with gravel or sand and weighs approx.100 kg when filled..The punching bag is also made entirely from a solid inner tube with 15 cm shock-cushioning.
