The arms ends are made of strong double weave judo cloth and offer a specially realistic grip feeling and at the same time strenghtjen gripping power.
This set can as well be used for individual training (just fasten the elastic strap to a robust hook on the wall), and also for partner training (one partner holds the strap and can adjust the angle of traction during exercise)
